Barbara lost her upper right teeth. She was treated with a long span bridge by her former dentist. Bridge work over natural teeth only lasts and average of 5 years because the teeth under the bridge tend to decay more quickly. The bridge further deteriorated the adjacent teeth that were prepared for the fixed bridge. She came to see Dr. Meir to have the bridge replaced.
