I use a pink caries indication solution with high magnification of a microscope to remove all the decay completely as in this case, before restorating the tooth. This process is almost never used by other dentist, and therefore 95% of dentist and up leaving decay and bacteria under there fillings leading to many problems including early failure of the restorations. Eventually the patients while require root canals and crowns which could be prevented by preforming the procedure in detail with the microscope and caries locating solution.

Caries locating solution and a microscope must be used to locate and remove the decay completely as shown. Unfortunatly this is only done by .05% of the dentist, by the few and only such as Dr. Meir Agaki.
